Three Year Program
The 3 Year old Program runs on Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 9:00am to 11:00am. Children must be three years of age by December 31 of the current school year. The monthly fee for the three year old program is currently $120.00 (the Government subsidizes $100/month leaving parent fees at $20/month) and accepts a total of 12 children.
Four Year Program
The 4 Year old Program runs on Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings from 9:00am to 11:30am. Children must be four years of age by December 31 of the current school year. The monthly fee for the four year old program is currently $140.00 ($100 is subsidized by the government leaving parent fees at $40/month) and accepts a total of 12 children.
Registration Timeline
All children (and any siblings) currently attending Woodcroft Community Playschool have first priority in the program. Any Woodcroft community residents have second priority. All other applicants who are new to the program have third priority. Children within these categories will be enrolled in the order that the complete registration form and the non-refundable registration fee is paid by etransfer (woodcroftplayschool@gmail.com).
Time Line For Registration for 2026/2027
March 2 - 7th 2026 - Registration opens to all children continuing in the program & Alumni.
March 8 - 14 2026 - Registration opens to all Woodcroft Community residents.
March 15, 2026 forward- Registration opens to the general public!

August - Families who have handed in the registration form and have paid the registration fee are invited to an Orientation Meeting in August in the Playschool
September - Classes start Thursday September 8th, 2026.
The current non-refundable registration fee for both programs is $50.00.

The following items you will need ensure that your child has a spot reserved in the program.
Registration Form completed and returned online and the $50 registration fee paid by etransfer.
Fees are payable yearly, twice per year Sept/Jan and Feb/May, or monthly and are due the first of every month. Fees are only accepted by etransfer.
Your current Community League Membership number. (Required in the Fall when new memberships are issued)
